Today is November 18th 2009. To most it is just another day. But today 23 years ago this world lost a great soul. Gia Marie Carangi has been called the worlds first supermodel. Today is a day across the world that people are taking time out of their day to think about her and wish her all of the best where ever she is right now. She is a inspiration to me and always will be. One day we will have a cure for aids and other beautiful souls can have the happy ending Gia should have had. Rest In Peace Gia Marie Carangi
